About
A lifelong interest in the natural world led Will to study Ecology at university. He went on to work in conservation, then in the arts — spending several years at a charity helping disadvantaged young people transform urban spaces through gardens and art installations. It was here that garden design first revealed itself: a way to combine creativity with care for the environment.
Will trained at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and learned his craft across Japan, America and the UK, before working alongside Chris Beardshaw and returning home to South Yorkshire in 2020 to found Creative Cultivation.
