We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not store information on your device, and does not track you across other websites. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Project records are kept for the period required for tax and professional purposes.
Under UK GDPR you have certain rights over your personal data. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and your rights may be limited where they conflict with our legal obligations or a compelling reason of our own.
Update your information — you can ask us to correct or update anything you have given us.
Confirm what we hold — you can ask what data we hold about you, why, and whether we have shared it with anyone else. We will provide a copy free of charge on your first request; a reasonable fee may apply to further requests.
Transfer your data — you can ask us to provide your data in a common, machine-readable format to pass to another organisation.
Delete your data — you can ask us to delete data we hold about you. We will do this without undue delay, except where we are required to keep it, for example for tax records or to defend a legal claim.
Restrict or object to processing — you can ask us to pause processing, for example while you contest its accuracy, or object to it outright.
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, including newsletters or non-essential cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact will@creativecultivation.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Our Services are not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as details of your health, or information about your racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or criminal record, whether by email, an enquiry form or otherwise. If you do choose to share this with us, you are consenting to our holding and using it as set out in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Where required by law, we will make material changes clear.
